#17 Matix, Season 1 -The pins came out amazing and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The colors are so vibrant and the paint is so even. The pins are absolutely gorgeous. They definitely rank among the top as far as quality. The ordering process was super easy as well. The artist had great taste and knew exactly what I was looking for. A few proofs later the design was finalized and sent to the manufacturer. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about how amazing this experience was. Definitely will be ordering more pins in the future.
#2 Nova, Season 1 – Nayelie with NaysPinClub was extremely easy to work with and fabulous. Offered revisions and was superb to figure out pins. Her art work is beautiful and translated stunningly to pins. I can not recommend her enough for your pin needs. From the tiniest details. She is perfect to work with.
#22 Sebastian, Season 1 – I’ve personally never commissioned something like a pin before, so this experience was a brand new one for me! And I am very happy to say that commissioning Nayelie is something I definitely do not regret! Firstly, she was very kind and easy to work with, as well as being very helpful with communicating and answering questions I may have had. A very nice person just in general as well! She helped sketch my pin to be exactly what I wanted, and I think it turned out so adorable! The pins themselves are very high quality and vibrant, especially with all the purples/pinks. I haven’t found any blemishes of any kind on them, and they really all turned out perfectly. They also arrived in a lovely and personalized package that was so exciting to receive. I’m so honored to be a part of this club, and I highly recommend commissioning Nayelie for pins in the future!
#7 Thirteen, Season 1 – When I first started messages with NaysPinClub, I got a rapid responses for any questions that I had even from the beginning of the process! They explained exactly how many pins I would receive, how payment would be set up, and the process of which we would go through which was amazing. They answered any and all questions or concerns that I had regarding the pin, pricing, and time for production. They showed me their entire process of sketching what the pin would look like, changing the facial expression with me to see what might look best, and the final product on paper with the colors! They confirmed everything with me throughout the process and were so understanding and upfront with anything that came up! I couldn’t recommend Nayel-ie more for these pins and am so very happy with the final product.
#28 Unknown, Season 1 – I’m very happy with my pins! The entire process was very easy, with great communication and professionalism. The product turned out amazing and quite timely. Nayelie purrfectly captured my character, details and all! Though I’d like to be selfish and keep all these pins to myself, I can’t wait to trade and sell them to others!
#52 Sarie, Season 1 – Working with Nay was an absolute joy! Her artwork is crisp and clear, with a fast turnaround, and she’s so easy to talk to about product ideas and tweaking the artwork. The pin design was entirely her idea, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. She’s not lying when she says you’ll get a box full of A-grade pins. Her pins are entirely worth the cost, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!
#49 Riku, Season 1 – An absolute bliss from concept to creationNayelie with NaysPinClub is very well versed in her craft and was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond, even going against her art style, in order to make sure my sona was as detailed as possible, with the final product turning out just as amazing. I can not recommend her enough, easily the best creator I know, both in her pin club and in her other endeavors.
#05 Cobalt, Season 1 -After the sudden passing of our dear friend, Cobalt, Kizzu and I were looking for a good way to memorialize him. Pins seemed like a good way, it would be something physical to give to his friends and family. Nayelie did not disappoint us in the slightest! The design she created captured the serene emotion we were hoping to convey, turning him into the angel that he was in life, and now thereafter. Nayelie was very communicative during the process, keeping Kizzu up to date every step of the way, she was wonderful to work with.
#18 Bolt, Season 1 – I can’t possibly recommend Nay’s enamel pins enough! I’ve never commissioned pins from another artist before and she made the process as easy and transparent as possible; I knew exactly how much my pins were actually going to cost to manufacture, rather than being given a general quote. All the costs and options were discussed with me, and her art captured my character beautifully!!
#01 Boomer, Season 1 – My custom pin experience with Nay was wonderful! Boomer’s design was done promptly and with finesse, and she was very open and willing to make changes and add details that I requested. She updated me during every step of the manufacturing process, keeping me in the loop anytime a potential issue arose, and made sure to include ETAs all along the way.
When my pins arrived, I found small flaws in a few of them, and she happily offered to trade them in for higher grade pins.
I would highly, HIGHLY recommend working with her, and I also plan to do so again in the future!
#56 Eve, Season 1 – Process was quick from concept artwork to receiving the pins compared to other companies. I feel like everything has a personal touch as my inquiries never felt like I was bothering them.
Even though my character is pretty plain the extra touches on the pin make her vibrant and beautiful. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for character pins to go with Nay

I was the first to come to her with a pin that was already concepted and planned, and she honored that concept perfectly, better than I even envisioned it at first! I felt very welcome and happy to join the pin family as soon as I opened the box to my pins and the extra goodies she gave. I feel like I will be back for more pins soon.
#51 Ailith, Season 1 – I’ve never bought pins before buying them from Nayel-ie’s pin club. I had applied before but never been accepted as a pin. Here I was accepted on my first try and I really felt like my sona was treated with respect and love throughout the process. It’s really important to me to feel like the person I’m working with likes my characters like I do. That way it helps me to know I’m not a burden and that they enjoy working with me (or at least my character/sona). I felt respected and I felt trust that Nayel-ie’s pin club would do my sona justice. I was kept in the loop about shipping and even given a tracking number just in case! Pins arrived safely!
#9 Feathers & Cinder, Season 1 – The art is adorable and the extras you get with your pins are awesome! We were the first to request two characters and we got great feedback on how to proceed with a unique commission like this one. Best of all, the final price was cheaper than the quote. We plan to get all of our characters made by Nay in the future and have more on the way already!
#13 Killian, Season 1 – The ordering process was quick n easy! I applied on 4/28 and was selected 5/5. the art for the pins was done & finalized on 5/19! even during international covid regulations, they were on the way to me by 7/4. I was shared wips of the sketch, completed colors, manufacturer’s mock up and the manufacturer’s casted version of the pin. communication came easy, I had to have a part of the art changed and she was able to get it done within the hour. Overall the pins came out great, and I was really pleasantly surprised with the sparkle strawb!! Not a single one came scuffed and they’re super sturdy. My package was personalized with some goodies and a laminated badge version of the art which was also a nice surprise!! Easily one of my favorite pieces of art of my OC and I’ll definitely return to get more made later down the line.
#12 Eastea, Season 1 – They are fantastic quality and are really durable (from what I have experienced so far). I have one on my vest at work and I put them on zippers of hoodies or jackets. They are all super cute and I love the fact they have the names of the characters on the back. Nay herself is a wonderful person to deal with as well. She tells you exactly how much everything is going to cost and gives you updates on the progress of your pin whenever she gets updates on them. Her overall customer service is magnificent and I would highly recommend commissioning your own custom pins from Nay!

The artwork she did is great and communication was no problem at all. The pins arrived neatly packed and the enamel colors chosen look very nice together. I didnt know if the eye makeup would work on this scale but Nay managed to fit these tiny dots on the artwork ❤️
All in all i got a cute little bun and it was worth every cent i spent.
Its worth it for everybody who wants pins of their OC / Sona but lacks the experience/skills/knowledge to do so. (And for people who just want merch of their characters in nays style ❤️
#204 Crowley, Season 3 #175 Gambit, Season 2- We love ours, both the style and quality. We wear them with pride on our ita bags and when we suit up. The display cases they came in are awesome and we stand them on our desk, sometimes bouncing them between us since we can’t pick our favorite (we both like having one nearby, so we switch them occassionally). Super happy with them and plan on more in the future, haha. And the charms included are up on our wall.
In shorter terms – We definately got more than paid for and admire them on an almost daily basis. 🙂
#190 Fishbone, Season 3 – This is my review for my pin of Fishbone, Nay is very easy to work with and listens very well to her client’s needs. The time frame for the pin to be made was exactly what I was told when i first commissioned them. No surprises, no disappointments. The pins I got are very high quality. I got none with visible defects and they were all A grade as far as I know. Now let’s talk about the art… Nay is an amazing artist that makes extremely cute pin designs. Commission them and you won’t be disappointed!
