Aside from advertising directly to my audience, a growing Patreon community, and advertising to several groups; a Convention Partnership will provide you with:

• The creation of a pin (cuteness guaranteed) based on your mascot and theme for your upcoming convention to delight your attendees.
• Your logo printed in raised metal on the back of each enamel pin.
• A budget friendly alternative to marketing and advertising for absolutely no cost other than manufacturing additional pins for yourself (not required).

• NaysPinClub will provide the artwork, manufacturing, and pins to go out to the entire NayPinClub patreon community.

You as the convention rep, will be responsible to help by sending or providing a digital file for a flier or business card that advertises your convention to go out to the patreon members. (We will discuss advertising material sizing together).

As I will be covering ALL expenses, this works as a trade.

I will be paying for the following:

• The pin mold (the largest base cost), And individual pins for all members.
• The shipping for all of my Patreon members to receive the pin and flier advertising your convention.

Disclaimer
I will order a small amount extra (~25pc) as I do of every pin I create to be available at conventions with my full product line. These sales will help make up for some of the manufacturing costs that I cover out of pocket. I will retire convention pins after their run and not re-order as I do not intend to make any profit other than recovering some manufacturing fees.

You, as the convention may place an order with me for as many pins as you want, which can be used as fundraising for the convention, or even for sponsor pass rewards, collectible memorabilia etc. Each pin can have a new mold on the back with the convention logo, as well as the year.

I have already paid the base costs, so you will only be paying the exact manufacturing amount for the exact amount of pins you purchase nothing more, nothing less. I take no profit and you will be delivered the official manufacturers quote for full transparency!

With the base cost being covered, this will only run the convention $0.80/ 1.10 on average per pin. Remember, larger quantity = cheaper individual cost! 

1.5 Inch pins on average retail $12-$15, so you can be making over a 100% return on investment and maybe even extend your con budget!

So yes, the convention (You) Can actually generate direct income from this partnership.

With the very possible scenario of a cancelled or postponed convention due to the pandemic, The pins would also be a helpful way for the community to help support the convention through the cancelation, and purchase the pins which can be put towards the conventions recovery.

Purchasing pins at cost is of course not necessary either if you are satisfied with the advertising within my club! The additional pins are up to your sole discretion and are simply an added bonus. You will also be responsible for shipping costs related to the order of extra pins.

First and foremost I have offered a trade as opposed to monetary compensation as I understand the financial obstacles of a successful event.

With that said, I would be overjoyed to share your name and logo on my partnership page.

For Canadian conventions, a Dealers table would be fantastic, then your attendees can see the full NaysPinClub lineup and maybe even commission a pin of their own character!

For American Conventions, I cannot legally work at a US convention without a Visa; therefore I would love to attend the convention and have the privilege to hand out goodies and advertising materials to attendees, so simply a pass for my assistant and I that also cover a meal would suffice!

For International conventions, This will be discussed depending on your countries work and business Visas! If I would be able to work there and have a Dealers table and basic passes (2), that is preferred, If I am not, passes for my assistant and I will that also cover a meal will suffice!

As this is a partnership, both parties will be responsible for placing credit where due (Posting online, selling additional pins, etc)

Each convention is unique, so each partnership will require an individually drafted contract for both parties to acknowledge and sign.
